We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + sales commission, with current representatives averaging $22–$27/h. Responsibilities: There are 2 seasons to the job to make this a full-time, permanent position.
From October to June: Marketing and Promotions
Work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by the Branch Managers.
Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential neighborhoods this season.
Conduct outdoor lead generation by making a short introduction of Weed Man services to homeowners.
No selling is involved; simply ask whether the customers might be interested in getting a free lawn care quote from us.
If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered a lead!
The customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.
From June to October: Lawn Care Technician
If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (applying products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from June to October to make this a full-time position. Working hours: 6:30 am to around 4:30 pm.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Strong communication (verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions
Not mandatory, but having a driver's license would be an asset
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Must be available to work on Saturday as required by the Branch Managers
